DISTRIBUTION DAY PROCEDURES

Distribution Day is generally the third Saturday of each month. Please check the calendar on this website or our Facebook page for current details. 

Distribution is from 10 am to 12 noon at St. Andrews Episcopal church in Elyria. The address is 300 3rd Street Elyria, OH  44035. We provide contact-free delivery. You don't have to leave your car. You will need to enter Holly Lane from Middle Avenue and form a single line. We distribute from the back of the church.  (Holly Lane).

To allow us to help everyone fairly and as quickly as possible, please remember the following:

1. When you have arrived, call us at 440.721.7531 to let us know you are in line.

2. We are all volunteers here to help you and your fur babies. Please be patient.

3. Please continue to pull forward as the line moves.

4. We cannot take the time to listen to voicemails during distribution. There is only one person answering one phone line. If you don't get through, please hang up, wait 2 minutes, and try again. We will answer your call as soon as possible. 

5. Please pop your truck or lower your rear window so we can deliver your supplies without contact.

To avoid the long wait/lines at 10 am, please arrive according to this schedule based on your last name.
